Not sure this will help, but go into Administrative Tools in your Control Panel. Go into your .NET Framework Wizard. Click on Adjust .NET Security. Select whether you want the changes to apply to the machine or for the user. Click on the Local Intranet Zone and crank that up to Full Trust.
