I just found this on Yahoo's site:
Please note that your database can only be accessed through PHP or Perl scripts that are
run from your web site or through the phpMyAdmin tool available for installation in your
account. You can create custom scripts or install publicly available packages that use a
MySQL database.
You will not be able to access your database through a desktop client or
other tools outside of the Yahoo! environment.>I don't know.
