>I am looking at doing some performance analysis and optimization in my application and have been reading about sys(3054,X) and rushmore optimization. The documentation mentions tables. I am using cursor adapters to access an ORACLE database. I tried using sys(3054,X) functions but it did not display anything.

SYS(3054,x) is useable with CAs but only if datasourcetype = NATIVE, then SYS(3054) works, but if you any other type this function is unusable. You should use Tools that comes with DB you use to test your queries and see how to optimize them.
