SUCCESS!

Thanks to you, to Mike, and to Kevin McNeish's book ".NET for Visual Foxpro Developers", I found the solution.

From the Solution Explorer, I did a Right Click on the Solution Name, Selected Properties, Selected Security, then selected 'Full Trust' application.

Now my test application works on the network drives.
