Glad to see your interest in this. The following was mentioend in the Roadmap:

"We will disclose additional details of our Sedna plans — such as a way for Visual FoxPro developers who use Sedna to obtain many new ActiveX controls — in the coming months as we work out the specifics."

The March announcement was an update on progress on that front.
