Mike,

1. Make sure that data is not saved within the report. Also check the subreports (Check on the file menu)
2. Make sure you don't use a lot of high quality images in the reports.

If you still are unable to determine what it is, just make a copy of the report and delete the objects one by one, save it and check the size to determine which object causes the bloat.
