Well, yes and no. It's true, as far as I know in North America, but I can't speak for the rest of the world. But that's really all this was about anyway. Somebody (Sam?) said that the leaders of the militants in Islam let others do the dirty work, and somebody else pointed out (Thomas?) that it's no different over here. The first person (Sam?) seemed to think that wasn't a valid point, and I'm arguing that it is. That's all there is to it.
