I'm not sure if this is already reported. For the readonly combobox (Style=0, otherwise it doesn't take an effect), if you click on the arrow (not inside the combo), the control "thinks" that the value was changed [either GetNextModified or GetFldState reports a change].

I consider this as a bug. Could you please reproduce this and suggest a work around? We have SP1 installed. The coontrol in question has custom Valid method.
