Not to mention that the lady was wrong anyway.
They were quiet for a while, doing other things.
They became more visible recently. And no matter how I slice it, they have interesting lyrics and a unique musical style (says me, who basically stopped listening after the Beatles and can hardly tell the difference between guitar, ukelele, banjo, violin, etc).
By the way, they started at the heighth of the politically correct movement here in Toronto. Schedule for a New Year's Eve concert at City Hall, they were cancelled at the last minute because their name might offend. TRUE!!!
