He said his friend was driving across the Golden Gate Bridge when he realized a police car was behind him with the lights on, telling him to pull over. He did and while the policeman got out of his unit and walked up to the guy's car, he got his story straight. He had dropped some acid so wasn't sure exactly how fast he had been going. Or much of anything else. He decided to say he was going 5 mph over the speed limit. Let's say the speed limit on the bridge is 35 mph (I don't remember). The conversation:
