There are important differences...
Japan's ecomony was based on falsehoods that got exposed.
China has FULL CONTROL of its work force.
Just this week the Chinese leader proclaimed that the rural areas had both suffered incongruously and not benefitted appropriately from current economic practises there and correcting this was now a priority.
In other words, there's no parallel with Japan and China does have a plan. And it's my bet that their plan includes displacing India's outsourcing footholds as soon as they can.
