Sir Excuse me again .. My last form contains daily transaction of each patient. I have a transaction table with fields : Transno C 8 , Date , Patientno , Svccode , Qty , Rate N . Then in my Service table fields : Svccode C 4 , SvcDesc C 20 , Rate N . What if in one TransNo there are lots of transactions to make. How can I adjust my tables with this kind of problems? Example Patient name is Clark Kent with transaction number of 0000001 needs to have 2 service code at once ? Hope you could help me with this.
