Milosevic has died in prison last week, a heart attack. The Yugoslavia Tribunal (situated in The Hague in The Netherlands and founded by the UN Safety Council) can therefore no longer continue his trial. It started 4 years back! Someone in another weblog brought to my attention that there is another type of law enforcement, called Victors Justice. In that case the victor determines what's right and wrong. A person like Milosevic would then probably have been found guilty after a 3 month trial.
BTW, have you guys here followed his trial? I haven't really, althought the Dutch media have spent a lot of attention to it, also because we were involved as part of nato forces 'intervening' there.
