I refer to him as the leader from Serbia, the "Yugoslav" reference wasn't mine... though I do have you on a technicality, he claimed that at Serbia/Montenegro was "Federal Republic of Yugoslavia"
There is an update that he seems to have been taking drugs to worsen his health condition.
