Then we want to move the cursor 2 cells to the right (relative not absolute). Try as I might I can't seem to find this command in the macro syntax. All my efforts produce an absolute cell reference, not a relative one.

Use the Offset(n,n) property where the first parameter equals the rows and the second equals the columns.
