>How can I write a Windows NT service? Anyone has an experience with that

There is also a service that will execute a named EXE file - much easier, assuming you don't run into file permission problems if you run your program without logging in.....

I have also had situations when security is not a problem (like, in a locked computer room) in which I would just enable automatic logon and but the desired EXE's into the startup directory.
