I know what you mean but even if I stand by and watch a man killing a child, I'm not responsible for his murderoius mind, nor will I be the one on trial for murder. I didn't make him so. I'd be a worm for letting him do it (just like the UN) sure, but it wouldn't make me a child-killer.
