I'll try again. I looked briefly in the code and I think I would incorporate #define IGNORETOPSTACKLEVELS 2 in our code. It also seems that ShellExecute (which you're using) insists on using OE for sending e-mails instead of using Outlook.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
