You might try copying the file using FoxPro 2.6 to another table and see if you can successfully run the query against it. Sometimes that will clear corrupt data in a field.
>Yes I have foxpro 2.6 for windows and VFP9. There are 25 numeric fields 65 total flds in the table and 131598 rows. I have looked through the table till i am cross eyed and nothing looks out of place. I can query fine with both 2.6 and 9.

>I am able to get a data set succesfully from the table in .Net by selecting limited amounts of data. It only seems to fail when I grab the entire data set. Perhaps it is the # of records that contributes to this?. I am going to try selecting the first half of the table and then the other half and see what i get. I guess I will keep breaking it down till i find the offensive row and then find the field.

>However I was hoping there would be some way to tell which row .Net is choking on to save my having to spend the time fishing through this.
