I was finally able to through the process of elimination find the offensive record. What it seems the problem was one record in the table had an issue where the field was numberic 6,2 and the value of the field was 5694.6 . Because it is missing the second Decimal place it causes the error.

I did test this with FPW2.6 does not care if you insert data this way ,however I don't think the fox app has any problems as this was the only record out of almost a 140,000 with this issue. Maybe was a power failure or some thing when the record was being written?
