I seriously doubt you will find anyone that has created a TripleDES encryption alogrithm in Fox Code.

You might want to consider wrapping that code in a COM wrapper and deploying that.

Also you probably wouldn't want to trust that code unless it was certified by an encryption expert.

Creating secure and correct encryption algorithms is non-trivial.
