I ran Filemon, and saw that vfp7t.dll couldn't be found. I moved it to the app directory, and now things work fine.

I don't know why it couldn't be found in the directory where the installer put it. One possiblity is a registration issue as the first install was done under my account which is a member of the Administrator group, not under the Administrator account. I didn't check whether it was removed when I did the un-install to re-install under the Admin account.

I also had a problem with the errorlog.txt file not being able to be written to as it had no write access for the guest account. The PostSetup should have added the guest account with write access to the permissions, but it didn't, so I'll have to research that. The data files didn't have write access, either.

>Hi,
>The point is there are differences once Win2003 SP1 is installed. It is to do with rights issues, if you search google as I suggested the articles give details of how to fix.
>Sorry I can't give more details, as we are in the final stages of getting our VFP9 app ready for rollout and I am very busy fixing similar issues.

I've tried adding the anonymous user to a security group that has been assigned to the local drive and the web files drive, and that makes no difference.

One suggestion was to enable object access failure auditing for the anonymous account, and I turned that on but don't get any failures when accessing my AVFP app. As a test, I set up a html page and removed the access permissions for the anonymous account, and if I browse to that page, I get an access failure in the event log.
