You need to open the SCX file as a table (i.e., use myforx.scx)

After doing that, you may browse through the records. Pay attention to the OBJNAME field. This is where the name of the controls/objects are stored. The PROPERTY field is where the positioning properties like Top, Left are stored.

Knowing these, you can then proceed to write a program that will convert these info to a PRG file.
