Indeed the bug has been fixed. However, beeing somewhat conservative, I'd only go for 15 if you experience problems with a lower setting. Though MS did solve this particular bug, it does not mean this setting is entirely safe. I've been bitten too often I guess this way. I'd stick with do fix it when it aint broke.
