Well you said: "BTW: Tito and his regime were no angels either.", so enforcing your standpoint that dictators are bad by definition. In my original statement "A good dictator is better than a bad democracy", I was just trying to say this standpoint is all too relative.

In order to rule a country it is very difficult to be an angel, wheter it is a democracy or dictatorship. With your comment I did argue that "beeing angels" or not, is independed of dictatorship or democracies.
