What is the function of the Network_Service account with regards to AVFP?

Postsetup.dll tries to add read & write permissions for it to the data files & directory, and write permissions for the other folders, but in Win (Small Business) Server 2003, the batch commands fail as "NETWORK_SERVICE" isn't a valid user.

Should setup.prg be modified to remove these commands for Win 2003?
