All printer environment stuff has been stripped (I have your book).
However, I have a few customers who cannot print correctly with certain models of HP inkjet printers e.g. HP Deskjet 845C . In order to get them to print properly, I have to hack the vertical form size to make it smaller. The result is that it chops off a little bit of the text from the bottom (they can live with that for now since it's just cosmetic, not data), but otherwise it ends up either spilling to the next page, or leaving out whole sections - generally also generating an error message
Error: 1298
Method: FRM FORM7.ONPRINT:120
Title Band is too large to fit on page.
For those customers who only have one printer, I just hack the form over the phone using a utility, by trial and error find a vertical form size that works for them.
However, some customers have several printers, and only one does not work. For them I'm going to have to do the hack on the fly depending on which printer they are using.
The hack I have to make is change these records
objtype=9 objcode=0 109500
objtype=9 objcode=4 109500
Change 109500 to 104000 will work for several customers, others need different values.
