I'm not certain Joseph. I looked for a driver version number
in every place I could think of on our NT machine but can't
seem to find a place where that is displayed nor a place
to load a new (or updated) driver.

Two questions. 1) Did you ask this question because you're
reletively sure that's where the problem lies or are we just
eliminating possibilities here? 2) Where the heck *is* the
driver information???
