Now that you are planning products here is a suggestion.

A shirt pocket sized cellphone that opens like a booklet showing a keyboard and a reasonably large screen (7 cm by 15 cm, maybe) with which to access your PC using Terminal Server. It would handle email and organizer locally and easily synchronize with Outlook in the PC.
