I'm doing some more excel automation and have run into a problem I can't find with my secret decoder ring. I want to either a.) clear the contents of a sheet or b.) delete a sheet without having the dialog box come up. Is this possible?

I've tried:

ox.Sheets("Backup").Select
ox.Cells.Select
ox.cells.clear.contents

and

ox.ActiveWindow.SelectedSheets.Delete

Both work but the Dialog box comes up to confirm. I want this to be automatic, sort of like overwite file.
