It is sometimes true that HP drivers can cause a problem, but in this case it doesn't seem to matter. The client has a need to be able to print to more than 25 printers at any given time. The app works great until they have added a 26th printer.

I even compiled a simple exe that just ran the aprinter() function and it got the same error.
