Not to my knowledge. That's the point of modal forms - that you have to complete them and/or dismiss them before you can do something else.

Sure. Use the menu designer. You select a menu item and edit it to make sub-menus. In the command or procedure of a menu item (from the combo) you put in the code to invoke the form.
