I neglected to mention that the RowSourceType is 1-VALUE and the RowSource is
Billing,1,Practice,2,Billing and parctice,3. I'm going to assuming that I can
handle this just like an array (since presumably that's the way it's handled interally) and give your suggestion a whirl.

Please let me know if I'm off base with this assumption.
