WAG, but i think it's samehow related to SET DATASESSION.
>the problem was that the value of the second control was not retrievable. Both are combo's and I wanted to give their values from one form to another. It worked fine on my development machine. When moving things on to our test-server (W2003) I ran into problems that the value of the second control was NOT being written into the object. No matter what I tried (wait windows, logging, etc) the value of the control was not visible. After copying the program on our production server (W2K) evrything worked just fine.
>This meant that I could not test something on our test-environment that works fine on production.
>I finally solved it by ditching the control from the form and to create it again. Works fine on all platforms now.
