After watching last night, I have changed my favorites again. Some seem to grow more confident after each performance and some don't do as well as they have in the past. The song has a lot to do with it too. Every week is new of course. The problem is that people vote for their favorites and not necessarily the best singer and performer. I'm now doing the same :o)

My favorites in order:

1. Mandisa
2. Chris
3. Kelly
4. Paris
5. Lisa
6. Taylor
7. Ace

>Any predictions for American Idol tonight? They are all going to do 50s songs. If Tweety Bird, a.k.a. Kevin, takes on Elvis or Sinatra I swear I am going to jump from the nearest bridge. (Kidding, even if it has been a bad day).

>You may or may not have seen that Simon has picked his finalists -- Kellie, Taylor, and Chris. Jerk that he is, I understand he has a good track record predicting winners. I can't argue with any of his picks but what about Mandisa? What about Katharine (my personal favorite since the auditions)? And I think Lisa is the best of all of them, although last week's vote made me realize she isn't going to be the winner. Her voice, stage presence, and confidence are absolutely scary for a 16 year old.

>>>The same thing is happening in this country, just in milder form. Slightly milder. So far.
