Yesterday I wanted to take a day off, from work, for celebrating New Year - but unfortunately there were some emergencies. Sigh.
I am not an Iranian, but Bahá'ís all over the world celebrate New Year on March 21; we spell it Naw Ruz; it seems that is related to the system of transliteration used.
