I can't reproduce this problem. However, a couple of things occur to me:

- An ODBC data source called "FoxPro Files" must be set up on your system

- Perhaps you have a different version of Word that has different parameters for the OpenDataSource method.

If you haven't done this in Word before, here's how: open Word; choose Tools, Macro, Visual Basic Editor; choose Help, Visual Basic help; type "OpenDataSource" (without quotes) and let it find the help topic.
