I would volunteer; they are, after all, my neighbors so to speak. Besides, I'm pretty good at wrecking things...the rebuilding part is the one I have trouble with. However, it will be tough to coordinate...the wife unit is spending several weeks over the next six months out-of-country.
If this gets close to reality, shoot me an email off-line. Maybe I can help over the course of a long weekend.
