I was finally able to get Management Studio installed with the SQL Server 2005 Standard that I got in the Ready To Launch package. Seems like a lot of people are having this problem. http://groups.google.ca/groups?q=SQL+Server+2005+Standard+Management+Studio&hl=en&

The trick is to do the SQL Server install, then go to add/remove programs in the control panel and select 'change'. You can then choose to install the client tools, which includes Mgt Studio.

That's a load of my mind. I was using the free Mgt Studio Express CTP.
