Does any body know how I can pass a parameter to a program and invoke from a hyperlink in an email. I can invoke the program with:

file://U:\QuestPDM\VWM\VWMConsole.exe 

But I cannot get the parameters to pass i.e.

file://U:\QuestPDM\VWM\VWMConsole.exe 12345
