Make sure the printer environment is NOT saved with reports. If it is, VFP will try to print to the printer that was saved .. meaning the printer that was in place when the report was designed. In VFP 8 there's an option on the report menu that lets you turn off the printer environment for a particular report. There's also a setting in the Options dialog that lets you set the default that is used for all new reports.
