Randy, are we supposed to guess what your code is like so that we can give you the solution?

By "run through" do you mean "as you select each row in the list" or "You loop through the list"?

Whichever, you can use:
With Thisform.lstMyListBox
  lcDispVal1 = .List( lnSelRow, 1) && or  .List( .ListIndex, 1)
  lcDispVal2 = .List( lnSelRow, 2) && or  .List( .ListIndex, 2)
EndWith

I don't see how the bound prop would come into it.
