This is what I have been recommended to do and what seems to be the new way of doing things. IAC, the App_Code directory cannot be read from the browser as there is some kind of mechanisms in the .NET framework that avoids that. The compile is done at run time and is as fast as it used to be. This is also much less complication as the new publishing approach is really not well done.
