They were very impressive. I still don't quite know who any of these guys are but I now take Memphis seriously as title contenders.

I still can't believe Gonzaga let it get away. Kudos to UCLA but that game was in the bag. Until it wasn't. Adam Morrison's reaction at the end epitomized why I find NCAA hoops so much more compelling than NBA hoops. In the pros they're all making millions and you just don't get that life-or-death sense. It made me feel sad watching Morrison walk into the tunnel after the game. As the announcer strongly hinted, that will probably be the last time he is seen on a college basketball court. As I am sure you know, he has type 1 diabetes, to the point of needing to be injected 2-3 times a game on the bench. He has said in interviews that he knows he doesn't have as long here as most of us (~15 years less on average) and has to seize every opportunity. Those must be heavy thoughts for a college kid, even if you are the nation's leading scorer.
