Hi

I need to populate a form with check boxes and option groups based on the information stored in a table. This would include captions and the number of check boxes, or option group selections for each item category. Checkbox Example :

Ice cream flavors
* Vanilla
* Peach
* Pistachio

The flavors would be stored on a table. A checkbox has to be put on the form for each flavor. The idea is to change the table entries and not constantly update the form in form design mode. The program would use the flavors table to put check boxes or option group entries on a form. Any ideas how to do this?

Thanks
