Sorry to drop in like this but I have a typical condition in regards to this, if you can shed some light on it.

I have done what you have suggested here to put in my own icon, but the icon that shows in the app window top left-hand corner is the windows icon rather than the fox head, so also in the taskbar.

Any idea what I may have messed up and what particular type of icon (16x16, 32x32, 16x16 and 32x32 in one) file is expected.
