Oh, I was in mistake.. It's better to call it glBlockShutDown because it's global logical. But who cares about naming convention? ))))))

Surely it's good idea to make application non-closable while it's used by automation client.
/A new technology turns into completely outdated stuff before you have a time to read "Getting Started..." section.
/If there are some "system programmers" then others are unsystematic.
