I doubt that somwhere there is something like that.
What are rules form transcriptions? Is always some Latin letter correspond to some Cyillic letter or it depends of something?
We create a function for our application to translate people's NAMES (and only names) phoneticaly from Bulgarian to their Latin correspondence.
