In for a program, any program, to display information in the alphabet characters that you want requires is a process called "localization". Setting the FoxPro code page is only one step in that process.

Microsoft has lots of information on localization of it's products, including Foxpro. You should be able to find the information you seek at www.msdn.microsoft.com.
