No I am not wanting to add fields, they are already there. I had meant (understading what you meant *g*) that...

1) you want me to SCATTER NAME xyz, which will not scatter memo field data to the object.
2) Then I manually ADDPROPERTY() to the xyz object.
3) Copy the memo text to the newly added properties.
4) When the user clicks the new record, clicks the paste button (both already there), I do the GATHER NAME xyz.

But will it GATHER the memo field from the properties I added using ADDPROPERTY()?
